My Little Tummy Aches

🌟 Welcome to My Little Tummy Aches 🌟

If your child has unexplained belly pains — and you’ve felt helpless, you’re in the right place. We are a free to join and post community for parents and young adults with gastrointestinal illnesses.

My Little Tummy Aches was founded by a pediatric gastroenterologist and parent who knows gastrointestinal (GI) issues in children first hand. From chronic constipation to unexplained pain, bloating, or feeding struggles, we recognize the emotional and practical toll these concerns take on families. We also welcome the G tube and IBD parent communities to join us.

Our mission is to create a destination that empowers parents with community building and practical tools by other parents. Whether you're just beginning this journey or deep in the weeds of doctor visits, diet changes, and unanswered questions — we’re here to help each other out.

We thrive through our open access to social media. Please give us a follow and feel free to ask and collaborate to support a good cause related to pediatric GI care.

What You’ll Find Inside:

  • We are most importantly, a place for advocacy Share your stories with us. From what helped with strategies for blood draws, to infusions and treatments. Tell us how you manage medication schedules (everything childlife). A place to advocate for children's right to excellent healthcare
  • Evidence-based guidance written in plain language — to better understand what might be going with your child’s 2nd brain
  • A judgment-free parent community where you can ask questions, vent, and find hope in shared experiences
  • Trackers, checklists, and symptom logs to help you advocate more clearly with doctors and monitor patterns over time
  • Expert interviews and blog posts covering everything from poop charts to probiotics, dietary changes to emotional wellness

You don't need to figure this out alone. You deserve answers, support, and a path forward — and that's exactly what we're building here.
